Your mission
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and attention to details Staff Accountant, to support, organize, communicate and manage the full cycle of accounting activities, such as monthly closings and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting head of finance with month end and closing activities 
  • Handling of accounts payable and receivables 
  • Ability to manage payroll related activities such as IMSS, INFONAVIT and state payroll tax 
  • Attend on-site and remote meetings 
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses 
  • Follow-up processes with external accounting
Your profile

  • One year of experience in accounting field such as supporting the full cycle of accounting activities, monthly closings and payroll management.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Soft Skills: communication, problem solving, critical thinking and time management, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Hard skills: Excel, beginner budgeting, invoice management and payroll.
  • Degree: Accounting or finance.
  • Level of English B2+
Location– Mexico City, remote work with on-site meetings, the frequency of the on-site meetings are subject to the demand of each position.
