You will support the planning and coordination of marketing events and field activities, working closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Event & Field Marketing
- Support the organization of company events such as webinars, trade shows, networking breakfasts, and regional roadshows.
- Coordinate event logistics (venues, suppliers, materials, shipments, travel, etc.) under the guidance of the senior team.
- Assist in preparing branded materials, presentations, brochures, and videos.
- Help manage communications before and after events to boost attendance and engagement.
- Collect feedback and contribute to tracking event performance (attendees, leads, engagement).
- Help gather and organize customer success stories and testimonials.
- Support joint marketing activities with partners and industry associations.
- Update CRM systems and campaign tracking tools (HubSpot, Excel, etc.) to maintain data quality.
- Learn how to use HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and communications.
- Assist with reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
