About the Role
Mirai RiskTech is looking for an Analyst to join our growing Consulting team. This role will support operations across both the U.S. and Mexico, contributing to client support, consulting development and support project requirements. Reporting to Supervisor position, the Consulting Analyst will work closely with the functional and technology experts to ensure smooth onboarding and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
In the initial stage, you will receive comprehensive training with our Technology and Finance teams to gain end-to-end expertise in consulting. This includes strengthening your programming skills, learning new tools, and acquiring basic financial concepts.
After completing the training, you will join consulting projects with clients from leading banks in Mexico or the United States.

- Understand financial regulations and key concepts such as capital, provisions, and risk management to support project development
- Gain theoretical and practical knowledge of relational databases
- Learn and perform tasks to optimize complex IT scenarios
- Identify and analyze client requirements and deliver high-quality outputs
- Work on code migration, testing, initial and ongoing data loading
- Develop expertise in ETL processes
- Review and monitor testing activities
- Learn to develop using Python, Snowflake, and work with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and others
- Prepare and present project deliverables according to quality standard
