About the Role
Mirai Risk Tech is seeking an HR generalist to join the support team. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of departments globally, while building strong partnership with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs. Will support organizational development processes and provide HR support to internal clients. This position will report to the HR Manager and will work closely with the global support team and hire managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process across multiple teams, ensuring every candidate has a seamless and positive experience. Recruitment of financial, technology, admin, product positions. Internacional search.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
- Support employee inquiries and assisting with employee administration tasks.
- Provide training in part of the onboarding process.
- Support with on site tasks for hiring process.
- Support on the planning and execution of corporate events that built connection and team bonding.
- Assisting career fair.
- Create corporate documentation.
